PlayStation Plus members should definitely give Destruction AllStars a go. You can’t argue with the low price of free – subscription fee aside – and if you’re one of the lucky few who have managed to pick up a PlayStation 5 , it’s a great excuse to play a truly next-gen multiplayer game with your friends for the first time. The visuals are striking, and live up to the previously released teaser trailers, while the characters are quirky, over the top, and unique. The game makes the most of the DualSense controller’s adaptive triggers and haptic feedback technology, too, which help give it that next-gen feel. Destruction AllStars is a good test bed for the PS5’s potential, then, but unfortunately for this vehicular arena-based combat game, it can get rather boring... fast. UK going to polls in June to decide future with European Union
UPDATED: 1:30 p.m. GMT LONDON — The UK is holding a referendum on June 23 to decide whether or not to stay in the European Union. The date for the "Brexit" referendum was announced Saturday afternoon by David Cameron after he returned from 31-hour talks in Brussels seeking a deal that renegotiates Britain's status within the 28-nation bloc. The deal will be analysed and talked about exhaustively. Cameron's own Conservatives aren't united on the issue and campaigns will watch closely which side the ministers take. Pelican rescued from Deepwater Horizon disaster flies hundreds of miles home
A brown pelican rescued from the Deepwater Horizon oil spill 11 years ago has finally returned home. After being found completely covered in oil on June 14, 2010, the bird was taken from Louisiana to Georgia to avoid the ongoing spill, where it was later rehabilitated and released. Now, over a decade after its traumatic ordeal, the pelican has finally made the 700-mile (1,100 kilometers) journey back home. "It's truly impressive that it made its way back from Georgia," Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries (LDWF) biologist Casey Wright, who spotted and photographed the pelican sitting atop a rock on Queen Bess Island in Barataria Bay, said in a statement .
