Did you buy an iPhone 4S on the promise that Siri , Apple's world-famous "intelligent assistant," would let you command your phone with your voice? And were you disappointed by how it actually performed in reality? That appears to be the story of Frank M. Fazio, a New Yorker who is suing Apple for false advertising. In a complaint filed with the U.S. District Court in San Jose, Fazio alleges that Siri in real life is nothing like the Siri depicted in Apple's TV spots . Those ads show Siri making appointments, finding restaurants and providing instructions on how to tie a tie. Fazio, who is represented by the law firm Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd, says those ads are "fundamentally and designedly false and misleading" since Siri "does not perform as advertised." He goes even further, implying that, without Siri, the iPhone 4S is merely a more expensive iPhone 4. Paramount Plus is the subscription streaming-video service set to replace CBS All Access . It will cost $10 a month, ad-free . when it launches Thursday in the US and 18 Latin American countries. Paramount Plus will feature live news and sports as well as on-demand shows and movies, including originals -- all of which lean into parent company ViacomCBS ' brands like CBS , MTV , BET , Comedy Central , Nickelodeon and Paramount Network, plus its Paramount Pictures movie studio. While young women are more affected by their relationship status — that is, whether they are in one or not — young men are more sensitive to a relationship's quality , such as how supportive or straining it is, the research indicates. "Simply being in a relationship may be more important for a woman's identity," said lead researcher Robin Simon of Wake Forest University in North Carolina. Having a relationship "is something that is emphasized constantly for women. Just pick up any woman's magazine."
