Rise in phone-related injuries linked to iphone, Pokemon Go: Study
Cell phones are really hurting people badly as researchers have found that head and neck injuries incurred while driving or walking with a cellphone are on the rise - and correlates with the launch of the iPhone in 2007 and release of Pokemon Go in 2016. "Injuries from cellphone use have mainly been reported from incidences during driving, but other types of injuries have gone largely underreported," said study author Boris Paskhover from Rutgers University in the US. In the process, it accumulated Rs 1.17 lakh crore debt and had just weeks back posted corporate India's biggest loss after it provisioned for the liability arising from the Supreme Court upholding the government's position on what base should statutory … [Read more...] about Vodafone Idea will shut down if there’s no government relief: Chairman KM Birla

An FIR has been lodged against a Chinese e-commerce company, Club Factory, and its directors Jialun Li and Garvit Aggarwal and CFO Ashwini Rastogi under Sections 420 and 406 of the IPC for cheating and breach of trust by selling fake products of well-known brands. The complaint has been lodged at the Wazirganj police station by a Lucknow resident, Alok Kakkad, who has submitted that Club Factory has entered into a criminal conspiracy to advertise heavy discounts on popular brands and then ship fake products instead. The complainant had ordered a Titan watch, which was offered at a discount of 86 per cent, and a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses, which was offered at a discount of 90 per cent. He received the order on November 25 and opened the packet only to find that both products shipped to him were duplicates. He tried contacting the toll-free number provided by the company, but did not receive any clear reply.
