Raksha Bandhan is around the corner and since these are unprecedented times, not everyone is able to reach their siblings this time. In order to make them feel virtually connected, Twitter India has introduced what it is calling a virtual rakhi. Twitter is urging its users to use the hashtag #TweetAPromise to talk to their siblings on the platform. Through its official Twitter India account, the company posted a tweet saying, “This Raksha Bandhan, cover the distance, #TweetAPromise to your loved ones with Twitter India’s virtual rakhi.” The tweet also includes an 11-second clip that says the same.
